Here are the details for all of our services
Devices
The devices we support are most of your common computer, mobile, and office devices such as: PC’s, Mac’s, laptops, servers, printers, label makers, monitors, peripheral devices, iPhones, Android phones, iPads, and Android tablets. This is not an exhaustive list but covers most of the general devices.
Scheduled Remote Support
We schedule our remote support in order to better serve our customers. When you call us for support, we will get the details of the issue and then get you scheduled in for an available timeslot. We will remote into your computer (with your permission of course), look at your issue, and find a solution.
With Priority Scheduled Remote Support we guarantee priority in the scheduling of support.
Scheduled Onsite Support
Our scheduled onsite support includes a prescheduled onsite visit to either address an issue that has been discovered from a remote support session, to proactively update/configure hardware or software, or to perform employee tech training. Every tier of our monthly services includes these visits at different amounts and priorities. Visits will be prescheduled.
With Priority Scheduled Onsite Support we guarantee priority in the scheduling of onsite visits.
IT Consulting
Our IT Consulting services are included in every tier of our monthly service subscriptions. IT Consulting consists of using our knowledge to help you find solutions to your Tech/IT needs. This may include but not limited to determining which cloud platform such as Microsoft Office 365 or Google G-Suite is better for your needs. Possibly, helping you determine which software support package is best for a piece of equipment you have onsite. We want to come along side you and make tech less stressful.
Employee Tech Training
Software can be confusing but we are here to help. Sometimes a tech support call is not about fixing something that is broken but is about teaching someone how to properly use the computer or software. We are more than happy to provide this service.
